Look: Obviously A 50ft Socialite

Today I have for you another fun look featuring Darling Girl Cosmetics. I wanted to use Attack of the 50ft Woman because it's an awesome bright sunshine yellow with pink sheen. I thought it would be fun to add some gradient liner using DG shadows as well. Keep reading for details :)

I did two versions with different lips. This is version one with light lips:

And version two with bright lips:
-Smashbox Photo Finish Light primer
-Wet N' Wild Coverall Cream Foundation (lightest shade)
-Wet N' Wild Coverall powder (lightest shade)
-Boots No7 Radiant Glow concealer (Shade I)
-BFTE blush in Winter Mauve
-Darling Girl Cosmetics blushes in Koalification* (to contour cheekbones) and Neon Trees.
-Sugarpill pressed eyeshadow in Tako (highlight)
-Urban Decay eyeshadow in Venus (highlight)
-*Lime Crime Eyeshadow Helper
-Milani Shadow Eyez eyeshadow pencil in Almond Cream (all over lids as base)
-Darling Girl Glitter Glue (on lower lids)
Darling Girl Cosmetics eyeshadows in:
-*Attack of the 50ft Woman (yellow on lids)
-Hot Rocks (in crease)
-Provoke (to blend out crease)
-Double Bubble (over crease shades and on lower lashline/tearduct)
-Adoration (highlight)
Eyeliner shades (mixed with BFTE Mix & Fix):
-Obviously A Wig (pink, inner third)
-Socialite (bright blue, middle third)
-The Count (dark blurple, outer third)
-brown gel eyeliner (tightline)
-Prestige My Blackest Lashes mascara
-theBalm eyeshadow in Presto (dark brown)
-Urban Decay eyeshadow in Naked2 (light taupe)
-Version 1: MAC lipstick in Creme Cup and NYX gloss in Smokey Look
-Version 2: MAC lipstick in Violetta and NYX gloss in African Queen

This flash shot shows the pink glow in 50ft Woman a little better.

The liner is a little crooked in places but I was feeling kinda woozy and just couldn't afford to go back and fix it. I had to stop taking pictures sooner than I wanted because I felt so sick. People don't realize it but the process of doing makeup and taking pictures is a very physically demanding process, and for some reason it's really rough for me... I think it might have something to do with my vertigo. Vertigo sucks. :(

Anyway, I'm happy with pretty much everything, except the lower lashline which turned a little bit green because I blended the blues and the yellow too much and it turned kind of muddy. (Yellows in general really hate me, I always have a hard time with them lol.) Overall though, I like how the look turned out. I'm glad I ended up doing the second lip look; the Violetta/African Queen combo really set off Obviously A Wig since they all have some blue sheen to them. I think it's my favorite of the two.
Which do you like better? :3
