I'm not sure where this post falls in the 90 Day Challenge, I guess I got too messed up to continue lol. I'll just try to keep posting as much as I can but I think it will be nice to get back to quality posts rather than trying to post any old junk every day. I'm a quality over quantity girl, in case you haven't noticed. ;)
This is a look I did for fun yesterday because I wanted to play with lips. I decided randomly to do a foiled gold lip and the rest sort of evolved from there. I kind of wanted it to be slightly fairyish but it didn't turn out looking like anything extraordinary. I also had in mind the sort of film-noir silent movie style but I don't know if it's visible.

I think this is closer color to real life, you can see how bronzey the lower-left outer corner looks here. |

I still love Secret Star blush! It looks downright bubblegum in the baggie but after I apply it it turns into the sweetest natural flush.<3
I tried out the pigment potion I got from Mon Ennui for the first time and I have to say I really like it. There may be something similar one could use, maybe just a clear gloss even. But this stuff mixed well with the pigment, applied smoothly to my lips, and stayed on for the rest of the night even through eating, though there was a little fading, but the color was definitely still on my lips. I applied it with a stiff flat eyeliner brush and I like how the lips turned out, though it's hard to see the distinction in colors in these photos. The outer corners were much more bronzey in real life.
By the time I finished the look the setting sun was behind clouds so it was kind of dark. I edited these pics a bit more than I usually do, especially the second one which was taken without flash in my room and looked really dark/yellow. The first one was taken in front of the window with flash.
I didn't end up going away for the weekend so that's cool. Btw, my contest ends in less than 8 hours so if you still want to vote you're welcome to head over there and help keep me from getting bumped out of the top 10! ;)
Hope you're having a good weekend and thanks for reading!<3
