Today I bring you some overdue swatches of the new Halloween collection from Darling Girl Cosmetics! It's called Oh The Horror! and it's based off of classic horror films. I got to sample a handful of the colors and let me tell you, they are spectacular!

Here's Johnny!, Camp Blood, Death by Unicorn, The Invisible Man, Attack of the 50ft Woman, Frankenstein, Monster Within. |
Here are my sloppy swatches, just try to concentrate on how pretty the colors are! These were swatched dry with a brush over Darling Girl's Glitter Glue (top), Watercolor Paint Pot in Starry Night (middle), and bare skin (bottom).

See how the colors shift when you change the angle? I love it!!! |

With flash. |
My favorite color, without a doubt, is The Invisible Man; if you love lilac/jade/turquoise colors and/or color-shifting duochromes, you need this! I used it and a few other colors in a look recently, which you can see here :)
My other favorite is Frankenstein; in the baggie it looks like a muddy sort of bronzey-brown, but when applied it turns to a gorgeous fiery rust/copper shade, and a base brings it out even more. So pretty!
I was also super impressed by Monster Within; in the baggie it looks like a super sparkly teal-green. When I applied it and took a flash picture, the teal sparkle really takes over, as you can see in the flash shot. But then looked at it in natural light and said "oh, it's blue!" Then I went into a different room to grab something and glanced at my hand and said "omg, it's PURPLE!!"
