Look: Autumn Inspired

This is a look I did a few weeks ago and have been meaning to post but it took me a while to go through the tons of photos I took and everything, lol. I was experimenting with lighting in my basement because it got dark before I could take the pictures; I guess we're heading into the dark season so I'll probably have to get used to this... I'm not a morning person so I can't always do it before the sun goes down. I will miss that about Summer :(

Anyway, for this look I planned ahead of time exactly what I wanted to do using Verdelite eyeshadow from the Bejeweled collection by Sugar Skull Minerals. It's a gorgeous smokey green that seemed perfect for a rich Fall look. I also used Citrine from the same collection as a gold accent. Keep reading for pics and details!

I really liked how this turned out. I was especially happy with the blending of the shadows in my crease and browbone, though it doesn't show as well in the photos. The lips also look a bit lighter than they were. I wanted a super dark vampy red but it just looks more red, lol. :P

Thanks for reading♥
