I'm finally posting these swatches of the holiday collection from Darling Girl Cosmetics; it's called Twas the Night Before Christmas, and is still available for purchase as a set or individually on the site, in case you love what you see! Since I'm a Darling Girl I received samples of the set to swatch/review/play with, so please scroll down for a lot of sparkly goodness :)

Swatched over Darling Girl Glitter Glue and photographed in natural light without flash unless otherwise noted.

From top to bottom, left to right: Kerchief & Cap, Jolly Old Elf, Bowl Full of Jelly, 8 Tiny Reindeer, Ashes & Soot, New Fallen Snow, Wink, Sugar Plums, Cheeks Like Roses (inner glow blush).

It was a bit of a cloudy November day when I took these swatch pics; I think I was holding out to take better ones but never got to it so I hope these will be sufficient! The colors are all accurate, though of course much prettier in person. My favorite is Wink, an absolutely gorgeous glowing peachy pink with gold sheen, so prettyyyyyy... (See a look with Wink and other colors here.)

I won't bother with descriptions because the pics really speak for themselves. I think there's a good balance of neutrals and colors in this bunch to satisfy just about anyone. I haven't tried the blush yet but it's useable as both an eyeshadow and a blush; it's a beautiful shade of candy pink with a bit of blue flash which is really cool.

And of course, as I said in a previous post, this collection is even more special because my own sister Becky did the illustration, and fellow Darling Girl Jeni made the super-cute poem. Darling Girl collaboration FTW! ;D

Thanks for reading!♥
